UsedCarParts.ae Help Center – Account, Ads & Spare Parts Requests Guide

To post ads or view responses from spare parts shops to your parts requests, you need a user account.

Go to the top-right corner: My Account → Create Account, then fill in:

  • Email

  • Password

  • Select account type: Individual or Company (Auto Spare Parts Shop)

Important: account creation requires only your email and password. Phone number and other details can be added later in My Profile.

After registration, you’ll be logged in automatically.

⚠️ Use real information. Buyers can contact you directly.

Note: the account type (Individual/Company) may be changed later from your profile, if this option is available in your account.

It’s important to complete your profile with accurate details, as these are used for direct contact between buyers and sellers.

Make sure you add your phone number and name correctly. If you have a Company account, also include your shop name and Emirate/location.

Go to My Account → Login, then enter your email and password to access your account.

If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Password to reset it.

After logging in, click Place Your Ad and choose the correct category.

Used Spare Parts (individual parts)

Post one part per ad (for example: engine, gearbox, bumper, headlight, ECU).

Fill in the details as accurately as possible: make, model, year, part details, condition, and a real price. Upload a clear photo of the actual part.

Cars for Parts (whole car for dismantling)

Post a complete vehicle intended for dismantling. Upload real photos of the car and complete all details correctly.

Truck Spare Parts

The process is the same as for Used Spare Parts: one part per ad, real photos, clear description, and a real price.

Not allowed: Images taken from the internet, logos or banners on images, false information, or misleading content.

Tip: Keep your description simple and accurate. A clear ad usually gets more calls and WhatsApp messages.

Well-made ads increase your chances of selling because:

  • you appear in searches when buyers look for that part

  • you receive direct requests from interested customers

  • a complete profile (phone, location, shop details) builds trust

  • verified status can improve conversions (more calls and messages)

  • promoted ads get more visibility, especially for popular parts

Important: UCP.ae does not process payments. All transactions take place directly between buyer and seller.

If you have a Company account, you can complete your shop profile from your account area, for example My Parts Shop → Ads Shop Details, with clear and accurate information.

Typically, you’ll add your shop name, location, phone number, logo, and, if available, a short description.

Tip: Keep it concise and accurate. A complete shop profile usually brings more enquiries.

Verified status is available for Company accounts.

To become Verified, upload a valid UAE Trade Licence and submit it for review from the designated section in your account.

Verified status can increase trust and may lead to more enquiries, but it does not guarantee sales.

UCP.ae may remove Verified status if the document is invalid or expired, or if non-compliance is identified.

If you have a large inventory, there are two faster options:

CSV Import
Upload multiple ads at once using a CSV file.

Used Parts Generator
Add a vehicle to Cars for Parts and generate multiple ads for individual parts (if this feature is available in your account).

Tip: Even if you upload ads quickly, review descriptions and prices before publishing.

If you can’t find the part you need, go to Request Spare Parts and fill in the required details:

  • the part you need (be as specific as possible)

  • make, model, and year

  • additional details (optional)

  • add photos (optional)

  • your phone number (so shops can contact you)

  • email (optional)

Your request is sent to relevant spare parts shops and they can contact you directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Important: UCP.ae does not process payments and does not guarantee transactions.

Yes. You can include multiple parts in a single request to save time and receive combined offers.

In many cases, you may start receiving offers within minutes, depending on the part and availability. More complex or rare parts may take longer.

Yes. You can receive offers from suppliers in your area or anywhere in the UAE, depending on availability and delivery options.

Yes. Prices are set by each seller, and you can discuss and negotiate directly with them after you receive an offer.

Instead of contacting multiple shops, you send one request and receive multiple offers from suppliers. This saves time and helps you compare prices more easily.

Suppliers can receive automatic WhatsApp notifications when a relevant request is posted.

UCP.ae does not guarantee message delivery via third-party services (such as WhatsApp, telecom operators, or internet providers) and is not responsible for delays or technical issues outside its control.

UCP.ae works with trusted suppliers, but it does not inspect or guarantee parts. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying details before completing a transaction.

Promotion increases visibility and can bring more enquiries.

To promote your ads, go to My Ads, select one or more ads, then click Promote.

Then:

  • choose the available promotion type

  • choose the duration

  • complete the payment via the authorized payment processor

Note: Promotion does not guarantee sales, but it increases your chances of being contacted.

All ads may be reviewed by the UCP.ae team.

An ad can be edited or removed if:

  • it is posted in the wrong category

  • it contains false or misleading information

  • it is a duplicate (the same product posted multiple times)

  • it contains disallowed images (logos, phone numbers written on photos, ads or banners, images taken from the internet)

  • it violates UCP.ae rules or applicable law

Ads that do not follow the rules may be edited or removed, whether promoted or not.

Only registered users can leave feedback.

Feedback that contains abusive language, false information, or illegal content may be removed.
